Programa Familiaries - supporting families of employees with disabilities
Transformational career support for employees and families
Launched in 2014 in collaboration with MAPFRE, Programa Familiares provides career guidance and training support to family members of employees who have a disability.
Each participant receives a personalized action plan, including:
- Analysis of their current situation and goals
- Guidance on improving technical and soft skills
- Job search tools and resources
- Access to relevant training and support services
Since 2019, the program has extended its support to younger family members with disabilities, helping parents navigate the resources needed to boost autonomy and improve their children’s quality of life.
In 2021, thanks to a partnership with the Fundación Kike Osborne, the program expanded to advise all families served by the Foundation, increasing its reach and social impact.
