Digital School – in partnership with IBM
Our wide-reaching digital inclusion initiative with IBM
Text: To reach a broader audience across Spain, Konecta Foundation launched its Digital School in 2022 in collaboration with IBM, as part of the global IBM SkillsBuild initiative.
The program provides free online training focused on:
● Customer service and communication
● Digital and AI skills for the BPO sector
● Persuasive communication and commercial techniques
Delivered in three progressive modules, the training is reinforced by:
● Live webinars led by Konecta employees
● Guided visits to Konecta service centers
● Access to Konecta’s job pool upon successful completion
The mission of the Handbook on Circular Economy in the Commerce Sector is to provide a practical and visible example of a locality that wants to develop the circular economy with practical measures and proposals to be implemented. The Green Jobs Hub promotes this project as a platform that brings together different working groups with entities and institutions, so that more organisations become agents of change towards a circular economy in Spain.
